I wanted to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the fine job performed by SID’s employee on the voice and data aspects of (new Avaya phone system, cabling, new computer cabinet) of OFCCP’s Baltimore / Washington District Office merger and space renovation project. It was a big project with many phases that had to be coordinated. As I have absolutely no expertise in these matters, I appreciated the way he kept us informed throughout the process and handled whatever issues needed to be addressed. In addition, he is simply a nice person who is approachable and easy to get along with, which is also important to a customer like me.
